the room was comfortable with a cozy bed and the staff was helpful, making sure that the room was cleaned every day. Although there was no refrigerator, the lobby/bar had free Wi-Fi connection, which was a plus.
The language barrier was a challenge as the staff could only speak French.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a good selection of food.
The hotel staff didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the room was a bit small and lacked some amenities like a refrigerator.

Spent Xmas here. Enjoyed the charming décor of the lobby, with cozy atmosphere of the bar. Location was great, close to metro and supermarket. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean, with fresh towels every day. The shower was tricky to use and the room hot, but leaving the window open helped.
The corridors and rooms were small and had a strange odor. Wi-fi connection only in the lobby/bar, not in the rooms.
